Might be a driver issue. Uninstall the Lexmark software properly by following the steps found on this link:
http://bit.ly/9CWdbY. Once pc is ready, check if your Vista is running on 32-bit or 64-bit by clicking on the Windows logo Start button > right click on Computer > Properties. Leave the printer disconnected from your computer for the meantime. To reinstall, I suggest you use the updated driver from the Lexmark website. Just click on this link:
http://bit.ly/9w3GYn (for 32-bit) or this link:
http://bit.ly/djjBEo (for 64-bit). Download and install the software. Follow the instructions on the software. If this doesn't help, I strongly suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support for further assistance.
How do you scan multiple pages into one pdf.file
I suggest you use the Lexmark Productivity Studio on your computer to scan to PDF. After scanning a page using the software, it will ask you if you want to scan another page. So just continue adding pages then save as PDF. Hope this helps. Leave a comment if you need more assistance and I'll get back to it. Thanks.
