Although this guy makes it look hard work, they will usually bounce open quicker that this. You can also bang the top with a rubber mallet, or use a rare earth puck magnet to pull the actuator bolt.
If your Sentry Supreme 5330 safe is not opening, there could be a few possible reasons why:
Combination Error: If you are using a combination to open the safe, make sure that you are entering the correct combination. If you have forgotten the combination, you will need to contact Sentry Safe customer service to get assistance on how to recover or reset your combination.
Dead Batteries: If you have an electronic lock on your safe, the batteries may be dead. Replace the batteries and try again.
Jammed Bolts: The locking bolts may be jammed due to incorrect operation or a mechanical problem. Try tapping the safe door gently with a rubber mallet to loosen the bolts and then try to open it.
Mechanical Malfunction: If the safe still does not open, there may be a mechanical malfunction. In this case, you will need to contact a professional safe technician to diagnose and repair the problem.
Note: If you have lost your key, you will need to contact Sentry Safe customer service to order a replacement key.
The sound does two things
It lets you know you have done a positive button push.
It beeps when the battery is low to alert you to change them and save you having to cut the back off the safe.
It isn't programmable, snip the wire to the sounder, but it is likely hard soldered to the main board.
There are several possible reasons why your Sentry Safe MS3817 is not responding to the handle or new batteries. Here are some steps you can try to fix the problem:
Check the batteries: Make sure the batteries are properly installed and not depleted. You may also want to try using a different set of batteries to see if the issue is with the batteries themselves.
Check the battery contacts: Make sure the battery contacts are clean and free of any debris. You can clean the contacts with a soft cloth or toothbrush.
Check the handle: Make sure the handle is not damaged or stuck. You may need to apply some lubricant to the handle to loosen it.
Check the lock mechanism: Make sure the lock mechanism is not damaged or stuck. You may need to apply some lubricant to the lock mechanism to loosen it.
If none of these steps help, you may need to have the safe serviced by a professional. As for the factory code, it is recommended to contact Sentry Safe or the retailer where you purchased the safe for assistance. They may be able to provide you with the factory code or help you reset the safe.
To change the code on a Sentry Safe CSW3607, follow these steps:
Open the safe by entering the current code on the keypad.
Press and hold the "*" button on the keypad for three seconds. This will put the safe in programming mode.
Enter the current code on the keypad, followed by the new code you want to use.
Press the "#" button to save the new code.
Close the safe and test the new code to make sure it works.
It's important to note that the CSW3607 has a factory default code of "0000". If you have not changed the code from this default, you can simply enter the new code you want to use without going through the programming mode.
Sentry made safes with 3- and 4-number combinations. The pattern is related to the left/right/left but you have to spin the dial more than 360 degrees on some numbers in the combination. The pattern to unlock the safe for the 3- number combination models is: turn the knob to the left so that 0 passes the pointer three times before you stop at the first number. Turn the knob to the right and stop the second time that the pointer aligns with the second number. Then turn the knob to the left again and stop the first time the third number lines up with the pointer.
For the 4-number combination safes, you start turning the knob so that 0 passes the pointer four times before you stop at the first number. Turn the knob to the right and stop the third time the second number aligns with the pointer. Turn the knob to the left again and stop the second time the third number aligns with the pointer. Finally turn the knob to the right and stop the first time the final number aligns with the pointer.
Sentry has the manuals for many of their safes on their support site: https://www.sentrysafe.com/support/product-manuals . The direct link to the manual for the 1310 is currently https://cdn.masterlock.com/sentrysafe/resources/pdf/manuals/Sentry-SLS-Old-Models-Instructions.pdf .
I hope this helps.

There is no such thing as a 'default code'. Safes are made and sent out with a set code which is written down. You are encouraged to change that code to one of your own. Once that is done, the original code is erased and will never work again. There is no default code or a magic code that will open the safe.
This is the way to get into the safe.
Call a mobile locksmith. Tell them it is an electronic lock and ask if they have a rare earth puck magnet? They will use the magnet to draw back the electronic bolt.

There is a second way, you use and angle grinder or concrete saw to cut the front or the back off it.
They are very insecure, so you may be able to open it by banging the top with a rubber mallet and turning the catch at the same time! This is called the 'bump' or 'slap' method.

The key should open the safe in any circumstances.
All safes of this type have a 4 number combination.
They are very insecure and can be open using a Rare Earth Puck Magnet. Then you can remove the batteries, and reset the code.
I think you have given us the Serial Number not the Model Number?
