One thing you can check before calling the repair service. Open the door and remove the lower rack. On the bottom front right hand corner is a 'float' it looks like a hat. Make sure a spoon or something has not fallen under that float keeping it up. The hat should move up and down freely about 1/2".

If the float is okay you most likely have a bad inlet valve on the machine, that part runs about $40.00 a reputable company will charge about $150.00 to come out and make the repairs so the total will be around $200.00.

There is a check valve that would prevent you from blowing back into the machine. I would recommend taking that hose and putting it into a bucket, turn the machine on and see if it drains, if so you have an issue with the house drain if not then take the hose off the machine. You can take the toe panel off with a couple of screws and the drain hose should be right up front. Have lots of towels ready to catch anything.

are you saying that the water is filling all the time,if so you have a bad water valve on the left hand side of the d/w behind the bottom panel,when you start the d/w the water fills on the left side but if it's filling on it's own water is weeping through the valve,change it out

could be the element or the computer board up top on right hand side.shut down the power at fuse box,you need to read out the heater with a meter,if it's bad change it out,if it's good change out the board,call your parts store,give them the model number and they will give you what you need

In normal way ..the button for start is the button for reset also ...and it is written on i t...(start /reset)...but ..in your case I suspect another issue..the door lock device it is blocked...and cause it does not trigger the cycle it can not start ...just jingle the hook with a screw driver ...put some cleaning solution on it or something that removes any deposits of water residuals...and it will work ... by the way ..for resetting keep the button pressed for 15 seconds or so ..

Hello- These dispensers have a small solenoid that unlocks cover. It is not very strong, so if a cover is shut tightly on a tablet, it will not release. If this is not the case and it still does not work, dispenser is about 60$. Have installation instructions if needed. Let me know if this info helps- have more if needed.- Thanks- Ed

this is not a lack in the machine but it sounds like you are not using soap/tablets. if you are using soap switch to tablets (such as affresh) and use a rinse agent (like jet dry). good luck with this problem! hope this solution works

there is usually a screen in the bottom that you can clean sometimes you may have to remove a cover to get at it It should be under your lower rack.....Also go to your local supermarket and purchase a bottle of dishwasher cleaner it is about 6 bucks for a bottle it sits in your utensil rack upside down.Use in an empty dishwasher.Follow instructions on label and make sure you run tap closest to dishwasher till the water is hot b4 staring machine..It works very well and you will be surprised how much cleaner your dishes come out

That dishwasher has a thermal fuse that clips on the control board. The thermal fuse is a safety device, and nothing will run if it is blown. If there is no continuity through it, replace it. They run around $20-$30. If thats not it, remove the kick-plate and check the junction box for loose or fried wires where the wires are spliced together. Also check your house breaker box to make sure the breaker isn't tripped.
