HOW DO I GET THE CF LIGHT OFF?
First, you've posted this is Nortel Phones, while your model is an NEC - you might have more luck posting in the NEC section.
When you do, it would help if you add more detail on which button (sp?) stays lit. If it's Call Forward, a second push should turn it off. If it's Message Waiting, you probably have to access voicemail.
My hand set says "Scanning..."
It can't find it's base station. If the base is in fact connected, you need to power-cycle it ( unplug then re-plug ) and use the wireless handset menu to "send SS code" within the first 30 (or so ) seconds after power-up. Best way is to get to the "send code" menu entry on the handset first, then unplug/replug the base power and press the "send" softkey right after.

Start with a web designer and advertising firm. Your web site is pretty dull. I don't care that you have this equipment as pictured and the price is hard to reference. I want to know what Opt 11 parts you have and whether they're in stock. The non-picture and having to wade through 5 or 6 pagres to find Call Pilot cards is a waste. You can tell your story in a single line.
If you want to be in the repair or exchange business, tell us! I didn't see anywhere on the site that you had a repair or exchange facility.
Last, you might want to look into Telecom Gear or the yellow paper for ad ideas. I use Index Trading out of near Philly because their ads are laid out exactly the way I need to see them.

Nortel phone voicemail
Hi Oscar,
It sounds like your voice mail and your phone extension are either totally different from each other, or your voice mail isn`t licensed properly.
Showing call for you on my nortel extension( T7100)
Hi Admin,
This will come up when you have the call log feature on, and if someone calls you internally.. It's a real nuisance. You can dial Feature 812 to view the missed calls, or click the "Calls" button.
