Is the problem happening while charging on a PC? I found that my PC actually wastes the battery if left charging whil the PC is "sleeping". I think it's constantly trying to sync to the PC but only charges while the computer is "active"..

2 Slide your CLIQ's battery cover away from the camera lens and off of the phone, and then lift the battery out of the battery compartment and set it aside.

3 Slide the T-Mobile SIM card out from under the metal band holding it in place, and then place a SIM card from another carrier in its slot.

4 Replace your CLIQ's battery, and then hold down the "Power" button on the right side of the phone to turn it on. Your CLIQ will prompt you to enter a special code.

5 Type your unlock code using the number keys on your CLIQ's touch-screen or slide-out keyboard.

Battery was not in there securely. Even with a snug case, and the back door "shut", the battery was out of place just enough to make my phone turn off. Several times a day. One day it wouldn't come back on no matter what I pressed. So I took the case and door off and that is when I realized my battery just didn't look like it was in there right. It has NEVER happened to be again since I did that battery pull and reset the battery. Sounds silly, stupid, whatever, but that is what it was for me. Maybe it will help you, too

Denise,if the phone is a nokia, go to tools in main menu then"settings" and open. scroll to "call divert" and open. you will be in "call divert settings", open "voice calls" and "cancel All Diverts" . then reopen "voice calls" and scroll to "if out of reach" push "options" and "activate".. your diverts will then only come through when the phone is out of area or turned off . you will then get a message when your phone is on again or back in area. other phones are similar and you will need to find similar settings, regards Terry

Easy fix.
Connect the Cliq to your computer, and set it to be used as "USB Drive".
The SD Card will come up as a drive. Locate the Media folder, then Audio, and copy and paste all files there.

and you are done, your music player should automatically find the files.
