Not all Samsung mobile phones are supported by KIES. For some mobile phnes that runs on Samsung's BADA OS, there is a different PC software. Check your country's samsung website to find out the supported software. That should fix your problem. :-)

I already knew about the low quality of samsung products. I bought a samsung just because it was the only phone with 3g, wifi and two SIM cards in Brazil (sepetember 2011). This phone sucks. Nothing works. The samsung KIES is a joke ( a lot of error messages, a waste of time). My wife bought an LG, which is much better. I will not buy anything from samsung again.

Hallo! There is a way to reset all codes, but you loose all info from the phone, so, first make a backup. Digit *2767*3855# and wait two minutes.
