You are using a wrong charger that is not original. Please change the charger or use a universal charger, you may damage your phone if you insist

Hey, all you need to do to get the W595 in phone mode, is to plug it into your PC with the USB cable. When you do that, your phone beeps and stuff, and gives you all the modes you can be in. Which is 4. Phone mode is right at the top. :)

Go to www.gsmarena.com and after specifying your phone model and make you will get a page where one of the options is User Manual (in pdf format). Download it.

Take the battery out of your phone and put your phone and the battery inside of a bag full of dry white rice. Seal the bag and leave it for 24-48 hours. After that time, take it out and see if the keys work like normal again. (White rice absorbs moisture quickly and will dry out your phone quickly)

the exact same thing happened to me. i was in london and had low reception and that and i thought if i turned it off then back on it would be better again but now i just vibrates for a second shows the sony ericsson logo then goes black but the buttons keep lighting up and vuvrating but not turning on.
i dont know whats wrong but i think it has something to do with the battery so im going back to the shop i bought it from and ask them about it (lost reciept though :L) i might have to buy a new battery for it (everyone is saying something to do with an alein thin on the battey)
