Basically the default code for most blue-tooth headsets is either 12345 or 00000. Try these codes and even refer the manual as you have to pair the headset with your phone before you can use it.

Well you can use 0000 it's the default passcode of your bluetooth headset. Most of the bluetooth headset use 0000 as default passcode.
