i would try it on another television and if that dosnt work then it is probably the module it self, it mght be time to buy a new one

The reason the box is greyed out is there is not enough room on your hard drive to do it. I record all my movies on a portable USB drive. That way I can take them with me.

Hi Anako ,Unfortunately , i have no experience with Dazzle and can't be of much help this time .Try deleting / reinstalling the driver . Make sure the driver is compatible with your OS ( operating System ) .Best regards ,Fanaudi .

Dazzle DVC 100 blinking screen After I record...

The problem I have with this same device was all related to the driver. It was not compatible with the Vista Operating system. They have a patch and updated driver and software set that for some reason has not been included in the newer releases. You have to download it from them directly. I know the XBox share a lot of Microsoft code and I assume the PS3 does as well at some point. This may be the same problem you are having. The 500-USB does not share this problem, I picked that up as an upgrade which was the Pinnacle recommendation to solve the issue.

Did you install the software FIRST as directed in the instructions?
Un-install and re-do.

Check the Dazzle setup for the source of the audio input.

Why do you want to install it there? Just do it the default way - install the soft in your C/Programs folder and plug the dongle in one of your USB connectors.
