Check for spooler service in your computer.

If the cartridge itself is leaking then you need to simply replace the cartridge, if the nozzle on the printer is leaking then if the printer is under warranty have it serviced.
If the printer is not under warranty then you will want to replace the printer simply because inkjet printers are not cost effective to repair. It is the sad truth about inkjets.

You have to remove the stack of paper, and then bring the "guide walls" to the center. Just found out. I haven't tested it but it should work.

if the disk that is included with your printer is not working for some reason, you can download drivers here.the installation is very user-friendly and you will be able to do it even if you're not very much familiar with computers. hope it helps.

there maybe a problem on the cartridge socket, you may try cleaning it. some mixture of colors might be stucked. hope this helps

This can probably be resolved simply by adjusting the paper feed guide. Make sure that the movable guide (probably at the left side of the paper tray) is just touching the paper stack, with no gap.

Your problem is in windows not the Printer you have to set the borders and the hight in page lay out, it gets screwed up every time I use it I do not like word 7 the 2003 was much eaiser to use and less troublesome.

4. Select the Ports tab.
5. Select the Enable bidirectional support checkbox and click OK.
