Are you inserting the envelopes into the printer the correct way ?

Printers normally have a place where they collect waste ink, sometimes in the form of a foam pad inside. This probably needs cleaning/changing. I recommend you take it to your local service centre to be sorted out.

Hi Melissa,Remove the cartridgesYou will find a lever ( latch on right side )Lift the latch and remove the Printhead.Clean the contacts at back of the Printer ( electrical dots ) with lint free cloth.Install the Printhead, lower the lever/latch and install the CartridgesRegards,Sean

Hi,This is not a cartridge issue. IT is Printhead issue. Since you have done the manual cleaning, it is now time to replace the Printhead.Regards,Suhail

Reinstall the cartridges or replace them. Clean the contact area with alcohol and cotton swab.
