If you want to reach the back, you probably have to pull out the machine. it's usually screwed into the underneath of the counter, so if you open the door and look underneath the edge of the counter, you should see where are the screws. just be careful not to drop them into the machine while you hold the door ajar and unscrew them.

Sounds like you need to contact Sears service. There is a chance that they re-designed the rollers if having them brake was an ongoing issue. The metal replacements might be something that needs to be retro fit to your rack.

I'd guess that the clock timer motor has a lubrication issue and is slowing down. A new one may be only to fix. Try Appliancepartspro, or other online appliance parts sites. Usually, they are quite helpful.

Most dishwashers get plugged full of bits of food/napkins/broken glass. Suggest removing all trays, look for filters at the bottom. Many videos on YT that show various models, similar for each manufacturer.
I clean mine once a year or so.

Usually it would be a pump issue, acessible under the dishwasher. Could be the be the impeller alone, but ussually need to be repalce with the motor as well. Get a pan, water will get out and rarely pleasant smell ;)

Which sub model Elite? Fault or failure codes are usually machine specific. THe generic e25 means the drain is clogging. Clear the drain and rinse before washing any more dishes - remove food debris before loading it to prevent a reoccurrence.
