Water draining is premature
In my case, I had the same problem until I realized the drain hose was not looped high enough. Once I looped the drain hose higher than the dishwasher, the problem went away and it washes dishes perfectly.
When the drain hose is installed too low, the water in the machine will only stay as high as the hose is installed because of the laws of physics.
The same applies to laundry machines - that is why the drain hose is set to drain from a higher point than the drum of the washer.
Good luck and Blessings!

The arms on my kenmore
Check that the arm outlet jets at the trailing end of the arms are not blocked with food particles and other solid matter. This often happens and the arm is unable to turn because the water jet that is supposed to drive the arm does not have the force to rotate it.

Dishwasher wont fill with water
Hi
Thanks
for using FixYa. To start with check the water inlet valve which is located
behind the lower access panel on the left or right side of the Dishwasher. If
the water inlet valve is bad you have to replace it, also check the main water
line for clogs/obstructions. If still the issue is not resolved then it’s a bad
float switch and needs to be replaced. Please do rate the solution if the
issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
Thanks
Rylee

hi. empty out the dishwasher, toss in two cups of white vinegar and then run the hottest longest cycle, pot scrubber if u have it. If that doesn't work do the same thing with 2 cups of CLR from the hardware store, a calcium, lime and rust remover. J.
My dishes are not clean after the diswasher cycle.
make sure the spray arm holes are clear of debris...all of them.....if they are then there is usually something in the screen down at the pump(like plastic or glass) just make sure everything is clear of debris and that should take care of it.
Dishwasher will not drain
if you have checked the drain in the bottom of the dishwasher and it is clean, then you have a plumbing problem. maybe try pouring some draino down in the dishwasher to clean out the hoses
