i have three different bt headsets and most of the hooks are compatible find yourself a dead set or try placing an ad on a local buy sell sight such as kijiji-craiglist and finally jabra should offer these for a small amount ok

This bt2080 is not work with ps3 because your ps3 bt is ftp profile and it ask for pass key and we can't enter passkey in bt2080

Well you can press the volume up button when you receive your next call until you reach a volume that is comfortable to you. The volume up button will have a plus sign and the volume down button will have a minus sign, they will be located next to each other on the same button the buttons are located on top of the headset.
