First, try '0000' (four zeros), the most commonly chosen code by bluetooth headseets manufacturers. If it doesn't work, switch to '1234'. If it keeps failing, try '8888'.

Try using 0000, that is the factory default PIN.

go to blue tooth menu have the ear piece beside it and turn on the bluetooth setting it should discover it if not take it to your nearest cell dealer and have them check it out
