Make sure bluetooth is enabled and discovarable on your phone!
Turn off your bluetooth headset, when you wanna turn it on, hold the power button which is the round botton, press and hold for appox. 10 seconds until you get a solid light and the pairing address should be 0000! if that doesn't work! hollar back at me!

Please speak proper english or atleast tell me what the real problem is.... WHAT MESSAGES DO YOU SEE ON YOUR SCREEN AND ARE THERE ANY ERROR CODES AS WELL?

When you get a message like that on any cellular device, smartphone or iPhone...its because your bluetooth device is experiencing errors internally, or either your bluetooth device is connected presently with another device and keep in mind that bluetooth can only connect to one device at a time; meaning that if your bluetooth device is connected presently to any other device, that connection should be terminated in order for bluetooth to be able to search and connect to a new device!


Before you take any of these steps make sure that you have your Bluetooth settings in your phone are set secure; make sure that if any device is trying to connect, would get your attention ( any connection attempted will be prompted on your phones screen) by doing so you will not have outsiders connection to your phone without your permission!


Solution = Turn off your cellular device, and turn it on again! If you're able to remove the battery and placing it again please do so but however some devices like iphones, batteries can not be accessed! ( with such devices, using the Power On/Off botton is good enough to reset the device ).
Power off your Bluetooth headset! ( Do not turn on your device yet)

make sure your bluetooth settings in your phone is not set to automatically connect to any other bluetooth enabled device!

after your phones reset, turn on the headset using the middle botton wich is the round botton, and hold until you get a solid light and make sure BLUETOOTH IS ENABLED AND DISCOVARABLE!

Try putting in 1111. It still will not engage. But after you do this it will reset. Then put the 0000 in and you will be connected.

Hold center( round button) for 10 seconds, the light will stay on constant and be in pairing mode.

The default code is 0000.

Delete the pairing connection in your Blackberry. Reset the headset by turning it off then pressing and holding the answer/end button and the on/off button at the same time for 10 seconds. The headset will automatically turn off after about 10 seconds. The next time you turn it on, the headset will go automatically into pairing mode as the first time you turn it on. Then set your phone to discover the headset. Accept by pressing ‘Yes’ or ‘OK’ on the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN = 0000 (4 zeros). Your phone will confirm when pairing is complete. You should reset both the phone and the headset should the pairing fails then pair it again. End the connection with the phone and not with the headset.

Then find the headset on your phone. If it still not working, please tell the phone model and what is happening when you try to pair.

Now sometimes you may have to go into voice chat all the way on the left above friends,messages and all that go into that and set up your blue tooth enable and set the volume there.Anymore problems ask.Hope this helped.

Booklet instructions for how to pair it with a new device are wrong. It tells you holding the power button will put it into pairing mode but it does not.
Pairing mode is done by turning off the ear piece, then holding both power and answer/hangup at the same time. The LED should flash fast 3 or 4 times and then stay on solid. You might need to hold just power till the very first flash THEN begin holding answer/hangup as well as power till the LED goes constant. I’ve also had luck when frustrated by just holding all 4 buttons at once.

Assuming you're talking about the Jabra BT2050 headset press and hold the center (round) button for at least 10 seconds; light will stay solid entering the pairing mode. Follow instructions on your phone.
