Hi there. Have you tried a different memory card? With the one that is giving you an error I would try formatting it on your computer and see if this helps. when you connect the card to the computer you should right click on it and then select format. Make sure it is formatted as FAT or FAT32 and then try it again in your phone.

I have never personally had a blackberry but I had a friend that did she encountered this issue and searched everywhere apparently it's not possible, bit of a stupid design but you will have to do it the old fashioned way with pen and paper!! Sorry I couldn't help more.

You can only obtain your PUK code from the SIM Card operator, i.e. T-Mobile, Vodafone or whoever it is you are using. Telephone them and tell them your mobile phone number and they will give you the PUK number to use to unlock your SIM. Good Luck. George
