Sometimes it is the software there (the firmware) needs to be updated so the charging will be fixed. You can go to their web site to check and download the updater software. Otherwise you may try to use a outside charger other than your phone to charge the battery or charge the battery at the store to see whether the battery is working.

Hi, most problem caused by keypad not functioning, is always water issues.

Unscrew the phone and clean up the keypad area. And your done.
After cleaning up the keypad,if it does not work, means that the problem is from the board of the phone.

There is an IC inside the phone that controls keypad function, when IC gets damaged, keypads will not function until it's replace. You will need to contact a skillfully personnel for help.

Thanks.

Internet network problems are caused by internet settings from mobile provider. If the internet on your device seems to be malfunctioning this is usually caused by two things either you dont have the correct GPRS settings on your device or your device is branded to another network. Try taking the device to your provider care center and report the situation.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

Hello,

The MMs settings have not been entered to the phone. This page is for a LG phone, the pictures will be for that phone, you just need to find the matching alternatives from your own phone and set the same settings.

You are not going to like this answer ... please do not kill the messenger ... your phone is likely dead. The same thing happened to my phone and not even my service provider could bring it back to life. I had to get a replacement (dad burn it ... still under warranty and all)

Give your carrier a call.

So the phone I have is the motorola hint, QA30, actually identical in design (except square, red and black) and I have similar problems, my right navigator (right shoulder) and my up and left buttons, as well as my send button, will randomly stop working, I find (in all seriousness, no joke) that sometimes hitting the phone (lightly of course) seems to get the buttons to work again,
