Those parts are very common and cheap to buy. The problem is your model number isn’t correct. Leave out you serial number and re-check the model number. When dog agits go bad, the bottom half of the agitator should still work.

You may need to replace the agitator cogs, aka "dog ears". They allow the agitator to work in a ratcheting motion. I have a different washer but have had to replace mine several times. They are plastic and just wear down.

The OE (outlet error) can also be caused by a damaged drain pump, something blocking the impeller of the pump, or a clogged filter before the pump. You'll need to add a comment with the model number (including the three-digit prefix) if you want information on how to access the pump section of the washer. Hi, please test different modes of the washer in order to see if the no-start issue is present in all of them. You might just have to twist the dial slightly in order to get the machine to start washing. This happens sometimes with washers after a period of time of use. Thank you.

LE indicates that motor was locked. The load in the washer was too heavy for it to spin safely at the usual speed. This could be from too many items in the washer or that something is wrong with the washer rotor hardware. First try resetting the washer, turn off the machine and unplug it (or turn it off at the circuit breaker). Then press and hold the start/pause button for 5 seconds. (This drains the capacitors that hold the error code in the control panel's memory.) Try running the washer with it empty. If the LE error continues, you need to check the rotor and the rotor position sensor. You may also need to check that the tub is properly balanced and the wiring to the control panel. To access the rotor, unplug the washer and disconnect the washer hoses. With help, place the washer on it's back to access the rotor and the rotor sensor. You'll need a 17mm socket (or an adjustable wrench and a hammer) to loosen the rotor mounting nut. Replace a damaged rotor or sensor. Check the wiring harness to the sensor and make sure that there is no corrosion either at the sensor or the control panel connection. Check the wiring for continuity on all of the pins. Check your cogs. Pull the top off agitator off and look inside. Depending on model has different typed of cogs that slide and catch when working properly. The do wear out. Also known as "dog ear cogs". Very cheap parts. $2.

It happens to me every time I do that same thing. Be careful when you adjust water levels.
