IBM Thinkcentre 8185 PC Desktop Questions & Answers
Error 0194 ibm think centre 8185 desktop
Try going into the Bios or System Setup and see if there are some settings for System Security or Asset ID Antenna. It sounds like something is set in the Bios. Turn the computer off, then turn it back on and watch the screen for which key it says to hit to get into the Bios or System Setup. Hit the key when you see the message or it will not work and you will have to reboot and try again.
Getting problem in formatting the IBM PC
check if the cable from the cd rom connected to your ibm pc if its ok , also check the master, slave configuration pins into the back of your cdrom. make sure that theres no conflict between the hard disk and the cdrom. Your cd rom may probably cannot be detected. make sure that it is working first. then install the hard disk. The hard disk must be in primary master and the cd rom must be in primary slave. then try booting it to your cd rom. also, try checking if your windows xp setup disk is bootable, it means that it can boot from cd rom. PM me if you have other experiences after doing what i adviced. Thank You.. heres my email.
