What is rum?
Rum is alcohol distilled from various mixtures of cans sugar. The more raw the source of the sugar, the more molasses-like it is, and the darker the final rum color.

1. Melatonin. Titrate to tolerance, ie, it comes in a variety of capsule strengths. Start low and go higher if you don't fall asleep in 30-40 minutes. Some people feel groggy the next day after taking too high a dose.
2. 5HTP, 50mg or 100mg. Thiis works well with no grogginess. There are several strengths. Get the lower strength and double up if you need more.
3. GABA. Also a very good non-groggy substance.
These are all safe natural herbal sourced supplements generally available at **** stores and health food stores.
Caffeine is a long-lasting stimulant, and as a last resource, try eliminating coffee and tea after dinner, or try decaf or no caf beverages.
