To take the top off there are three screws in the back at the top and when you remove those, the whole top lifts a slides back and comes off.

Have you tried less items? It could be the load is not balanced. Try placing items around the tub evenly. This unit is about 12 yrs old so it could be a bearing.

yes u have to now replace the blower fan housing u may be able to take apart and remove broken piece byt may not run properly or circulate heat and air as it suppose to

F13 is Dispenser Circuit Error If the dispenser motor is not able to be driven to it's proper position. Check mechanical linkage from dispenser motor to the top of the dispenser Check Wire Harness connections to the dispenser motor and Central Control Unit (CCU) Check Dispenser Motor i snagged this answer from another site i think its a worn bit of plastic as it becomes britten when not always wet much like a boat out of water

Not come across anything like it before, however, check your manual and see what it says about the position of the valve at the back of machine, if you've not already done so....otherwise goodluck.

Check that the machine is not on an auto delayed start. Strange that it starts itself. If a solenoid fails, 2 things happen. They either don't let water in at all, or they don't stop letting water in. If its not on an auto delayed start, I suggest that it could be a faulty main control board . You can stop the machine by turning the water off and switching the machine off at the socket when not in use.

Is the plastic housing (Outer Tub) in good shape? If the old boot was ripped, It might be the spider is also broken. Can you move the inner tub by hand and see if it lifts upward? If so you might have to get a new one. I had the spider bracket in the rear of the inner tub break in 4 pieces and too expensive to weld. So I bought a new top loader.

You have a faulty fill valve. located where the fill hose is attached. if it is a hot & cold fill then turn tap off one at a time to check which valve is faulty. Replace faulty valve.
