Kenmore Dryer he4 won't start

Those fuses are put there for a reason and should never be bypassed. If something happens you have a short it could kill you or cause a fire and we would not like to see that happen. There has to be a reason for this fuse to blow and should not be bypassed. Sorry

GE dryer starts but..... stops

What you describe is either a failed evenheat board or a failed motor relay.
Please post the complete model number from the machine and I can help you narrow it down. There should be a wiring diagram inside the console with voltage checks also.
Thanks/Mike

Dryer won't stay on

The motor centrifugal switch is not switching from the start winding to the run winding. The switch should stay in the run winding when the motor picks up speed unless power to the motor is interrupted or cut off. The switch is replaceable on most dryer models but sometimes it is an integral or built-in part of the dryer motor and failure of the switch requires the replacement of the motor. Indicate the exact model number of the dryer for more accurate troubleshooting and repair advice.

Dyer will not turn on. Can hole the starter button

broken belt or broken broken belt switch most likely. Open the door. Hold in the door switch and push the start button. Does the drum turn? If it does turn then the broken belt micro switch is where I would look first. If the drum don't turn of course I would replace the broken belt.
The only Kenmore dryer that has a broken belt switch is the 4 wheel drive model. Here is a video which shows how to get into this dryer and replace the belt:

Kenmore 63932 electric Dryer. When

I believe it is your switch on your start button that has gone out. Inside switch is like a plunger, or spring, otherwise called a switch. If you have a local appliance store/parts. just walk in and tell them what brand and model, and pictures always help, and they can show you there exactly how to change it, it is not complicated, Pick there brain, don't feel guilty after all, you will be buying the switch from them. I can give you diagrams, instructions and all that, but sense you have to buy the switch anyway, might as well have them as same place show you in person with a demo, plus they have diagrams , that they can show you and some will even print it for you. thanks Mike mc1bean_33.jpgfrom fixya
