This is easy, as Nokia has provided this feature in the phone. Go to applications>Ad.Com.Mgr.>create new. This will let you blacklist and block calls from certain numbers as well as SMS, together or separately. This filter stores the calls in history, so you may see it working. Since the phone is in another language distinct from English language, you will have to use the phone symbols as a guide to get to Language settings on your Nokia E72 and change it to English. This is because you won't be able to read or understand what's on the phone menu since its not yet in English language.

Click menu, go to tools. Tools has a spanner symbol. Its the first icon on the second line of your phone menu.
