I believe that you go into settings/personal/profiles. There you can highlight an existing profile or create a new profile. When you highlight a profile you can select option button, then tap personalise and this with give you options to change ringtones, ring type, message alerts etc. Hope this helps

Hi,
The replacement of the touch screen is very simple. The cost of touch screen is £28.99.Have you calibrated your phone?

The steps to recalibrate is quite simple
Go to control panel menu-Setup wizard
tap 'YES' before cancel appears.Do this until you see 1,2,3,4
numbers blinking...
If still your problem is not solved this will be caused because of two reasons
1)Touch screen- will not work only when you drop it or Liquid in it is damaged.
2)Touch screen sensor
2)Keypad IC.

Touch screen sensor or keypad IC cost is very less you can replace it or solder it if it is loose. If you don't have hands on in it please don't try it you can take it to nearest service center.

The replacement of Touch screen is quiet simple.
The replacement can be done.follow the steps.
1)remove the battery and Sim card.
2)You can find screws now.so open the back and front panel
3)Be careful the LCD and the flex is being joint.so care fully remove it see how the flex is joint with the motherboard.there will be thin film like connection between the two.
4)Take the LCD you bought..In the image you can see gold type film that is flex.you have to place it perfectly. That's it
5)Close the phone.and now enjoy working with it.
