HI. This could be a Firmware issue. Backup and save your music and pics to an external device or memory card, REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE MEMORY CARD: then you reset the phone to factory default. To do this, go to dial screen and enter the exact code as shown here *#7780# (THIS IS THE RESET CODE FOR ALL NOKIA HANDSETS) The handset will now shut down and reset to factory settings. Note that all data will be lost and the handet will reboot with a fresh operating system as it was sold on day one. This does work every time.
