Possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Check the phone weather it has made a backup r not?if some backup is there ..Then u can restore messages ..if no backup is there then it can not be undone.for this go to File Manager.then to option then to Restore..

Either the problem is in the display cable or connector or display itself; can't help over the Internet; bring it to the repair shop.
