The problem is either in the wire connections (pink/black) between the motor relay and the electronic control or the electronic itself if the dryer heats up both when the relays are swapped or not and the start button is held or the motor relay blue wires are shorted. These means the motor relay is not receiving power to activate due to a broken or loose wire connections or the electronic control is not sending power at all.

Check to make sure that pink/black motor relay wires are intact and snugly attached to both the electronic control and the motor relay. Replace the electronic control if there's no issue found with the wire connections. Replace the motor and heater relays if and only if the dryer doesn't heat up even when the relays are swapped and the motor relay blue wires are shorted or the start button is held. The motor is on a spring loaded pivot. DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICITY.Remove the spring from the motor. MAKE A DRAWING OF THE BELT PATH. Simply open the wiring port and remove the wires. Make sure you connect the wires to the same marked terminals on the new motor. Also, make sure the new motor is set up for the correct voltage.
