My samsung ypq2 mp3 player
Hi geoffrey 811
Your problem may be the Media Player 11...
Some media players are not recognized in Media Player 11...you may have to use Media Player 10 to solve that problem...if you have an older computer with Media Player 10 on it give it a try and see if it will recognize it...if it does, then you will have to download and install Media Player 10.

My Samsung Q2 will connect
Some televisions may not have the support to read USB devices that are formatted in NTFS or non FAT32 format. Plug the Q2 to your PC and find out what format it is using. That should give you the idea to re-format using FAT or FAT32 format.

Samsung Q2 - unable to play wmv and mpeg4
Ok. You sound like you have a audio converter on your pc. If so go on the internet and look for a codec on this file and song. Make sure it is for your audio converter aswell. And if this converter is a new software to your pc, make a copy of another song and convert that copy. If the problem continues then it is a software problem to do with the audio converter file o setup. Run the setup again and try. If this still goes on then you need to uninstall and remove from your pc ASAP. Then try another audio converter for instance, AVS audio converter/ pro. Pro is the same thing just more converters to convert music. Or switch sound file, or wave pad editor. You can download these but be sure to get one with a codec. This stops a voice that you can hear during the song. The codec is a free download to. You may just need the codec for your converter. Hope i helped.
Thank's

I accidentally loaded several songs twice and now
Deleting Files,Pictures,etc from MP3 Player
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Good Luck,
I hope this helps

Thank You
