sir you call to the releated simcard customer care to get the puk code number.you should give the sim card registration number to get the puk code number from customer care and then you enter the puk code number to unblock the cellphone...............

This is simple, and it can be do by you through your phone

All nokia phones has only one security for there phones which 12345

The way out to create a security on your phone is this if you have not change it the factery setting


Click on the mean button of your phone scrow down to setting then click on it scrow to phone setting click on it scrow to keyguard click on it then scrow to auto keyguard and click on ON you will be as of your security code which is 12345


you can also make a change of your security code from this proces .
