Try going into settings and go back to factory default,See if that resets your phone (but make sure you back up your contacts just in case you lose them.

Take the matter to the manufacturer of the phone instead of dealing with what is customer service people.

And the PC in question has a bluetooth adapter? Sounds like its getting to the point where it would detect and connect after clicking finish then not finding the bluetooth adapter to connect to the phone. Another thing you can try is connecting via USB cable to the computer, that will get everything detected and install drivers as needed, then go back to trying via Bluetooth, my Motorola phone required doing that for some reason!

Hi call the service provider and they will send you mms setting. Proxy can be changed in APN settings.

4 - The handset is now successfully unlocked.

3. go to call
4. go to call reject
5. enter the number

** make sure that your call reject is on

Check the settings if the rotation is enabled.If it is, you might have to open it and make sure the sensor works or bring it to a repair shop, incase something breaks while opening.

This could be for several reasons,

1. The replacment screen is not genuine Samsung product
2. The screen comes with a protection sticker on both sides, chances are the one on the inside is still on.
3. Get a professional to have a look at it an make sure you have the original product.
