go to service menu: 1809*#900#and pres Factory resetit will delete everything from phone and default security code will be 0000

problem is with proximity sensor calibration, you have to recalibrate it1. go to service menu - 1809*#900#2. in that menu clink on OTHERS3. there click on PROXIMITY4. click CALIBRATE and OK and it should be work properly
