Cooling fan is ok by cpu so cool

Still could be bad power supply even though the cooling fan is working. Recommend replacing the ps first since they are fairly cheap. If that does not work then the CPU is bad and needs to be replaced If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/steven_a67ead41eb5fc62a

Can Gigabyte GA-G41M Motherboard will support pentium d 925 processor

Hi there Without detailed info about which model of G41 board you have it is impossible to give a definitive answer as looking at the Gigabyte website, some do and some don't. If you go to this page, http://www.gigabyte.com/search/search.aspx?kw=GA-G41M#pr-1 you will find a list of G41 boards. If you click on your board you will go to a page with several tabs, one of which is "support & downloads". If you click on this you will find a red label saying "CPU support list". If you click on this you will get a long list of the PUs supported by that particular mobo. Good hunting

No disply no beep

Hi there If you have checked all the external connections like power and VGA cable etc and they are all working and the monitor is known to work with other computers, then the "no beep" would appear to indicate a fault with the onboard graphics. Check that all the internal connections are firmly established and if this doesn't work you might be able to fit a suitable graphics card into one of the motherboard expansion slots and get a display this way, but otherwise it looks like the motherboard is faulty

In August 2007, PCI-SIG announced that PCI Express 3.0 would carry a bit rate of8 GigaTransfers per Second, (8GT/s), and that it would be backward compatible with existing PCIe implementations."PCIe =PCI ExpressSo yes it will work, AND will work at FULL capacity. Also your motherboard chipset (Northbridge), will support Intel processors that utilize an LGA 775 processor socket, AND up to an Intel Core2 Quad CPU. (Processor)DOES TAKE SOME POWER, though! You need a Power Supply that will not only deliver the necessary Wattage, for the computer system; but also need Up To an additional 150 Watts JUST for the graphics card itself.Know what happens when you try to under power, a powerful graphics card?Things BURN, OrThe computer doesn't workA) The contact pins in the PCI-Express x16 slot, will burnB) The gold plated contact pins on the bottom, of the graphics card will burnC) The graphics card requires more power, than the PCI-Express x16 slot can deliver.A PCI-Express x16 slot can only deliver Up To 75 Watts.A 6-pin PCI Express power cable is required. This power cable can deliver Up To 75 Watts. If there isn't enough power the contact pins, in the 6-pin PCI Express power cable will burn.So will the contact pins for the power cable, on the graphics card. The motherboard by itself requires 120 to 150 Watts.Depending on Processor, Up To 130 Watts. For each stick of Ram Memory add 25 Watts25 to 30 for each Optical Drive. (CD/DVD drive)2 to 3 Watts for each fan; to include the Processor fan, and computer case fans. Now add 150 Watts for the graphics card.........For additional questions please post in a CommentRegards,joecoolvettehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_intel_chipsets#Southbridge_9xx_and_3.2F4_Series_chipsets

How to restore to Factory Settings

There is a jumper directly next to the round metal battery in the middle of your motherboard. All you need to do is disconnect the power cable to the PC, hit power to discharge the motherboard and jumper the CLR_CMOS post.

G41M-ES2L Turning on and off

If the PSU power supply units fan is not working the PSU is faulty Test all power and data leads that attach to your hard drive IDE,SATA the leads from your MOTHERBOARD TO YOUR HARD DRIVE make sure they have secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty motherboard and a hard drive any leads between them will fail before your motherboard or your hard drive if its a flat ribbon 40 pin type IDE replace it this will be the first to fail

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd floppy have secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty a computer needs

power and data to travel through every working device and to continue its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error

even something as small as a faulty power lead or fan lead can cause you problems

computers need all of the data and electrical current to travel through every working device and to have an end to be able work properly

make sure ram modules and cmos batteries have dust free secure seatings and cmos battery has charge some motherboards cmos batteries are soldered in

you might not have enough computer ram

not having enough computer ram will run your computer over its limits putting to much strain on the CPU central processing unit and can cause memory dumps

you might have to many programs trying to or accessing the internet at the same time scroll to bottom toolbar (bottom of screen) right click select task manager applications you will see whats running if you see anything you dont need running select end now and you might uninstall that specific program if you or computer does not require it to run and some unnecessary programs that could be jamming up your computer also under processes see what is ticking over in the background again if you see something you dont need to be and users you will see who is using your computer you might need to add more computer ram if you're not sure if a module is right for your system use the Crucial Memory Advisor tool for a list of guaranteed compatible modules. first you will need to select the manufacturer from a drop down list then select your product line from a drop down list then select the model then click find it will take you directly to compatible ram also you will have an option to scan your system you should always ask for a guarantee on the compatibility of the ram before making any purchase

might be getting hot

check you CPU make sure its securely seated and has thermal grease

My system won't boot but there is power

The things to check when your system will not post are RAM (make sure it is in all the way) Hard Drive (make sure it is properly connected) Your CD/DVD drives (again check connection) and your video connection (if you have onboard graphics, this may not apply, if you have a seperate video card make sure it's properly secured in the PCI slot) Once you've checked all of these things, if you still have a problem, listen for the beeps that come from your computer's motherboard and remember the order of short and long beeps. Respond with the beep sequence and type of computer you are using.Cheers
