I may be in the wrong arae but, are you referiing to MSN, and not MSI? MSN has been doing some wierd stuff with the mail lately, they blocked my account and I had to contact them through an e-mail, of course and, had to have a separate account as well to do so. Of course, I found out on a Friday and probobly waited for at least 5 days but, they made it possible for me to change my passwor and accsess the account. If this is the problem you are having, you will have to get another e-mail account such as Yahoo, e-mail them and wait it out. Good luck.

You really should have a second account anyway in case something like this happens, you can forward your mail to the main account.

MSI states that 7 beeps means "Virtual mode exception error "


Explanation: Virtual mode is one of the different modes that the processor can run in. The system is reporting an error when testing this mode.
Diagnosis: There is a problem related to the processor or motherboard. Note that this doesn't mean that the processor is necessarily dead, since the system won't boot at all with a dead processor.


Not knowing the price of either your processor or the board it is hard to say what to do for the best

Please do the same for your RAM as well,it causes that too.

Your VGA device of motherboard might have problem. and it also can be caused due to some IC failure... you will have to repair your Motherboard as soon as possible. if it dosen't worrks consider replacing your Motherboard.

Dont do it , it wont run cause voltage is different and you might damage both card and motherboard if you try.

I would suggest a SATA drive, but yes. It does.

Control panel,administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to cd/dvd rom drives + to expand could be a yellow question or exclamation mark ? ! or a red X right click update drivers If your computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it hope this helps

If no, 1. turn of, remove power cable from behind , then remove battery from motherboard, one /1/ press turn on buttom, then put the battery on motherboard, put power cable, and turn on

try to download it thru www.msi.com and search for the appropriate network driver to it

This is more likely to do with the monitor than the computer.
Going into that specific graphics mode allows the monitor to power up properly and allow the now failing capacitors to settle enough to run it up into the other modes.
Try another monitor on your system, and if it reacts normally without having to hit the delete key, then we have to look at repairing the monitor.

Here's some tips on repairing the monitor if you have to. (if it's not the monitor, it's the video card, and you may need to look at replacing that...if you are using the onboard video, consider getting a video card, or look for bad caps on the motherboard - same as replacing bad caps in the monitor)

There's a good chance you have failing electrolytic capacitors either in the power section or the inverter section or both.
Any caps in these sections that look bulged at the top, or bulged/leaking at the bottom need to be replaced.

If you are handy with a soldering iron and can identify the power supply and inverter / FM section for the backlights, an inexpensive handful of capacitors will likely fix you right up.
Match the capacitance on the capacitors. Go over voltage if you can, and still have them fit.
IE - it's not a bad idea to replace a 10V cap with a 16V or 25V or even a 50V, but don't replace a 680uF cap with a 500uF or a 1000uF (unless you are positive it's only doing ripple filtering).

Most of the caps that go are 10V 1000uF or 3300uF.

Since you mentioned that you tried to remove everything, it's possible that your monitor is defective.
Try testing another monitor to your pc to prove what is wrong.
