Have you managed to sort your safe out ? I have the same problem after changing batteries today

You can make an adapter with a 9 volt battery connector and a telephone module plug

1. Access Menu then go to Record. Choose Parameters then Record .
2. Change the Camera to where your microphone is connected (e.g. channel 1).
3. Change the Stream Type to Video and Audio.
4. Put a check on the box beside Record Audio. If you cannot see it, click More Settings first.
5. Click on Apply to save the settings.

If you are so sure that your CCTV is online, then you need to download the mobile app for your smartphone and configure it by using your DVR or Camera serial number, if you can view your CCTV through the mobile app, then your CCTV is truly online. In order to troubleshoot it on your laptop, you need to make sure that you install updated flash player and also install the CCTV plugin on your laptop.

All questions need 'make model (what it is)' please. The safe is beeping because the internal batteries need changing. There is insufficient power to withdraw the electric unlocking solenoid. The batteries are inside the door, accessed from behind the door. It is an easy job when you have the key.
