I am working on a Westpoint TEN-3212 Led Tv. Found the IC on the panel backlight board burnt. Could you please give me the IC number since I cannot seem to find the backlight driver board on sale anywhere.

U still have Closed Captioning functions are on.Check ur remote control for a button that said CC.Used that button pushes couples times for all CC1,2,3 to off.Should have no more black squares showing up the tv screen again.
Ur other tv work with the Fios signal?If yes,ur tv have problems,brand new tv call for warrenty service or return it where u buy it for the replacement.
Oh my god! I hope it wasn't anything important. Your DVD tray is off, meaning it is not going into the machine all the way. When you insert your disc is where you motor starts up, not the hole. It can be fix, by a preofessional by reliagning the track. If you have a background you can do it.
