I HAD THE EXACT SAME ISSUE ON MY LG TV. WENT THROUGH EVERY PROCESS REMOVE BATTERIES, UNPLUG ETHERNET CABLE, HOLD IN POWER BUTTON ETC ONLY TO FOND OUT IT WAS MY FIRESTICK REMOTE THAT WAS THE PROBLEM.
THATS WHAT WAS TURNING TGE VOLUME UP TO 100.
I CHANGED THE BATTERIES AND CLEANED THE BUTTONS AND TURNED IT DOWN. PROBLEM HAS NOW GONE.

sorry to tell you but this is a plasma TV it uses very high voltage and is very complex inside do not try to go inside of this tv even if it is unplugged you will likely need to take it to a shop with experience with plasma TVs

Could be a function of the video you are watching. Change channels and see if screen size is restored to normal width.

press menu button go to picture menu settings and press ok go to energy saving and press ok select off and you are ok

How old is the set? Are you attempting to fix yourself? The popping/no picture issue is usually do to a faulty y buffer or y sustain board. If you are willing to open up the set, I would look for blown IC chips on the y buffer (long skinny boards on the far left) boards and for any blown components on the Ysustain (located just to the right of the y buffers) board. If you are considering taking the set to a shop I'm here to tell you it will be cheaper to replace vs. repair. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Go to www.shopjimmy.com and locate the power supply board for your tv. It's not hard to do if you're not afraid to open the back of your tv.

A common problem for these is bad capacitors in the power supply, Remove the back from your Tv and look at the power supply on the left hand side.

You will see roughly around 9 x capacitors that are bulged / domed shaped on top usually these are valued at 3300uf 10V any that have bulged or leaked a brown like substance should be changed.
This will cure the problem as they overheat being sat next to a heatsink that gets very hot!
Try and change them for the same 3300uf but a higher voltage.

if otherwise the power supply board is faulty you can try websites Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

An Electronic component has failed. Unless you can repair circuits, take it to a shop or friend who can. Consider cost of replacement. A few hundred will fix an old tv, a couple more and you have a whole new unit.

The color static, if we are talking about the same thing, is usually a digital signal interference. Check cables, and digital converter if used.

The power start pulse do not reaches to power board.

You say the "i tried to use its original remote and it dont work"... do you have another that does work? ex: cable box remote. I ask because if other remotes work with the TV, it may just be your original remote... batteries dead or broken. If other remotes do not work, your repair person may not have connected the remote sensor within the TV during the repair. I hope this was helpful.
