A power board will never cause a sound delay issue, if it's doing it on all channels its most likely an input issue, such as your cable box, fire stick ect

Hi Ralph, you have a bad tcon board or a bad panel, this model had a lot of both panel and tcon issue, finding a board may be difficult and expensive.

This set is what's called edge lit, it has 2 led strips on the bottom of the panel, then a defusing screen spreads the light, you have some shorted LED diodes making the darker spots, new lamps should fix the TV as long as the diffuser screen is ok.

When you say getting 51 volts to power fuse, I assume you're using the red lead from the multi meter at the fuse next to the power plug, but where are you putting the negative lead from the multimeter? If you're using frame ground this won't give a correct reading, in fact you will get around 50 VAC, you need to use the anode side of the bridge rectifier to get a reading or the neutral side of the power line. Does the fuse test good? if it's good measure across the B+ capacitors but be VERY careful getting that measurement as it will be close to 400 VDC if PMW is active, voltages like that can be dangerous. If you had a power surge there is a good chance the hot side of the power board was hurt, easy fix may be replacing the board, another issue this model set has is corrupt data in the EEPROM located on the main board, this can make the set appear totally dead

Hi Bill, the power board in your TV has been extremely reliable and had few failures, it's very simple to test the board, you will see a marking on the board saying 8v standby 13 on, with the set off you should see 8 volts, power it on and you should see 13. See what you see for voltage there and get back to me, if you don't see 13 with the set on it doesn't mean the power board as the main could be the issue, but lets get the 1st test done before digging deeper into it.

Get a factory remote at ebay or amazon for under $10, or use your cell phone, apps can be downloaded for Samsung sets.

I can't find the model of your set...do you have a typo? Have you tested the backlights with a LED backlight tester to be sure the issue isn't bad strips?

Lets start by eliminating the parts that won't cause your issue, the main board could not cause it, it turns the lamps off, that's correct it turns them off, the inverter will turn the lamps on with the main board not connected. The power board could cause it but it's not probable, only way this could happen would be some shorted windings in the transformer that powers the backlights and in the thousands of?? set's we've repaired in our shop I've only seen excessive backlight voltage a couple times. Considering this set is edge-lite, the lamps get quite warm, if a few are shorted the strip will get hot enough to melt the plexiglass. Where are you getting the replacement lamps from? Is it possible they're not meant for the model set you have? Are you getting a good contact with the tape on the back of the strips? They need to be tight against the frame, is there tape that's bunched up causing a gap between the strips and frame? Without pulling up service lit on the TV (not at shop now) I can't tell you what the correct B+ voltage should be coming out of the inverter but usually it's about 80% of the DC rating of the caps. Other than what I've suggested I can' think of anything else to advise on, I can get the exact voltage of the inverter next week when I get into work.

The screen being green on your TV is either caused by a loose or damaged cable connection of a media component to or from the TV or it could be that the TV's T con board is having problems and it would be more cheaper to bu a new TV than to try and fix the one that you have is broken.

You have internal screen damage from dropping it, you can either watch it this way or buy a new set

I hate giving someone bad news but this model set has a lot of main board issues, there have been many revisions to the original board trying to rectify the issues., you need to match your set to the date code or serial number to get the correct board, the bad news is the main boards can be hard to find and quite costly. A new board should correct the issues you're seeing, we have seen this model with main issues a number of times times in our shop

Remove the back from the TV, unhook the cable going from the power board to main, plug the set in and see if you get backlights, if you don't replace the lamp strips, if you do message me back and I'll get you some other help but I think you will find the lamps don't light up when you power the set up with the connector unhooked!
