The CC settings that you'll find in the receiver won't be able to do what you're asking.. but the CC that are integrated into the TV probably are. You can easily buy a replacement remote from amazon for dish tv. $20 or under. You can try best buy as well. I know they carry directv remotes.

If this doesn't work, look on the side of the tv for a button labeled "input" or "source".
