You have a bad FUSER. There's nothing you can do. A dealer must replace the fuser.

Black copies being received

Your image scanner is bad. Try making a copy....if it comes out black but your incoming faxes are fine then your image scanner is bad. You can also print a report from the machine and it should come out fine.
The image scanner is the part that scans your originals before faxing them out or making a copy. There is a light bar that lights up when scanning. Either that light bar(l.e.d. array) has gone bad or the scanner itself is bad. If this is the case it is probably going to cost more to fix than the machine is worth. You could buy a new machine for what it would cost to fix.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.

IntelliFAX 4750E - Printer Busy

The printers memory may be full depending on the type of documents they are printing. The first and most simple step is to unplug the power cord from the back of the unit for 30 seconds, put your finger on the stop key while plugging the unit back up and continue holding the stop key until the time and date are back on the display of the Brother unit.

If that does not work unplug the USB cable from the PC. Unplug the power cord from the unit again. Put your finger on the menu key first and then plug the unit back up. You want to hold the menu key unit the until the LCD says maintanence and all the lights are flashing. Let the menu key go and press the number 82 and will give you an error code. If the error code is 00 then there are no errors. If there is an error code record it and contact brother or check a service manual if you have one. Most laser products all have the same error codes with Brother.

To reset the unit press stop and then 91, this will reset the unit and all faxes or print jobs will be lost. This should clear the issue.

Error 76

try this- press the "menu/set" button, then " *2864 " . the *2864 you have to enter within a 2 second window, so you may have to try this more than once. when you hear a long beep, you got it. press "91". you should see "parameter init" on screen. wait for that message to disappear. unplug machine at this point, wait 5 seconds and plug back in. if it comes up with that error again, then you truly have a problem with your fusing unit and will have to have repaired. sometimes though, this error can be caused just by a power outage or fluctuation. if thats the case it should come back up to normal after you successfully do this procedure.

good luck

When we receive faxes, Only the very right side

don't know if this will fix prob, but pull drum unit out and locate the piece of glass that runs right to left inside of fax right over top of where drum would be sitting. clean that off. if theres toner coating that glass, that will cause light prints or blanks. this is of course, assuming that you are getting these kind of prints from more that one fax.

Message 77. What does

Machine Error 77 is a problem with the temperature of the fuser. The fuser is the hot rollers in the back that melt the powdered toner into the paper, making your image permanent. It's temperature is regulated with a few feedback and safety features to shut it down in case the regulator goes haywire or the sensors stop working. The redundancy in the system is because a runaway heater could be a fire hazard. If any one of the sensors involved doesn't see the temperature it expects, it shuts the whole works down, and puts up an error code.
If this started when you pulled a paper jam out of the back of the machine, you may have accidentally unplugged one of the fuser's cables, but it's unlikely. If you did, it should be hanging in plain sight in the back of the machine.
More likely is that the fuser's heat lamp has burned out, or the thermistor that senses it has gone bad. Some machines have a fuser that can easily be pulled out and replaced, but this one is more difficult, and the teflon-coated rollers are easy to scratch or gouge. I'd recommend taking it to a Brother-authorized service center. Call first and ask if it's worth it.
