Unable to wind bobin og CS6000 Brother sewng machine
I have the same machine and this is how I do it. If this doesn't work, then it must have a problem and not because you have done it incorrectly.
Thread the main thread on machine as shown.
Pull the end of the thread throw the top hole in the bobbin roll ( you know the little clear thing where the bobbin thread will be wind on.
Place it on the bobbin holder and push that unit to the right to touch the thing there on the right....Now turn on your machine. Either by using the sew button or using the foot pedal.
This should work...
Good luck.

While sewing the bobbin case moves, wheel locks up, needle locks
Im not sure if this will help but thought I would pass it along. My Pfaff 6122 tells me to check bobbin for thread unrolling clockwise before you place it back in the machine. I had mine turned to un roll counter clockwise, this is wrong, the bobbin will fall out when you pull on the thread while you are holding it in your hand. You may just keep putting it in backwards. Hope this works for you. J.R.

Disconnect the foot controller,

operate the machine by
using the foot controller.

Bobbin Case
ok Sim this is a bit tricky but not to tricky first turn the handwheel toward you until the hook is at one o clock postion then slide the case without the bobbin in into the hook area you may have to work the handwheel back and forth alittle but it should slide in just remember that the case should ride in the rim. also take the needle out first that way you wont get stuck trust me it happiens.

It jams up
When that happened to me I had to replace the bobbin case-- (the peice of the machine the bobbin goes in.) It wasn't a Brother, though. I'd take it back to the repair shop and tell them it's still doing it.

Wrong type of stitch/tension not working
Found a solution to my own problem.... hope this helps someone else. Make SURE the bobbin case is seated correctly! (follow the instructions carefully). Don't put the cover back on right away after you put the bobbin case in. First check and make sure it doesn't move when you turn the hand wheel.
Also, when threading the bobbin make sure the thread passes down through the tension adjusting spring of the bobbin case.

Hand wheel won't turn
I continued to try to get the bobbin out. I finally decided to break it out. Once it was out I tried pulling the case out so I could see if anything was jammed underneath. It took a lot of work but it finally popped out like the manual said it should. I cleaned it out, nothing really dirty, no thread jams. When I went to put it back together I noticed that the way to put it back was not the way the case was sitting when I took it out. So I figure that my son must have jammed it and somehow knocked the bobbin case out of alignment. I put it back in correctly and it works just fine now!

- In the event that changing the needle didn't determine the issue, have a go at rethreading the machine, guaranteeing legitimate pressure, and cleaning the bobbin region for any build up or garbage. On the off chance that the issue continues to happen, consider counseling the machine manual or looking for proficient help.
