Does light come on. Still could be bad cord replace.

You need to tighten the tension on the bobbin thread as it is too loose and is being pulled through by the tension on the top which is probably correct. First check that the bobbin is in correct. I know it's frustrating but even after 40 yr it's where I start if it's all in right then tighten the screw on the bobbin case a little at a time till you get it to the right tension. The thread coming out of the bobbin case should take a pull for thread to come out if you hold the thread and turn loose of the bobbin case and the thread unwinds like a yo-yo it's to loose. The bobbin should stay in the case wile you test it this way.

it's possible that the panel light with out and needs to be replaced or there could be something wrong with the computer

Thread the machine with the presser foot up and see if this will remedy the problem.

If not, refer to the manual to be sure the threading and bobbin are set up as they should be.

If the bobbin thread and top thread continue to not link together, it could be the timing needs to be adjusted.

In this case, take the machine to a Brother dealer for service along with a sample of the stitching.

Hi, Is it your bobbin thread or the top thread wrapping around the bobbin. I just got a used PE150. The top thread keeps wrapping around the bobbin. It is not picking up the bobbin thread. Did you find a solution for your problem?

16x63 needle system, unless it's been retimed for something else. Suggest you might want to find the dull, bent up or otherwise still intact needle and show it to your industrial supplier or repair person, so they can check for you. could be the on/off switch has gone out, could be the motor, or a part is broken, if it's electronic, the computer could have gone out it would have to be checked to see what happened

You may have broken a gear !

Likely broken threads wrapped around internal components. Have it prefessoinally serviced.
