Did you set up your tablet for wifi reception? do you have a home network tfrom where your tablet can get connection?

try starting it holding power button and volume up or down keys it should give you option to reset.let me know if you need more help.

Hi Debra, Sorry you're having problems with your tablet. The answer to your question depends on how customized your tablets Android software is. As long as the manufacturer didn't remove the functionality, you can find the bluetooth settings (with instructions) in the network settings. I've attached a picture if it's helpful.
