What do I do my husqvarna rose beeps when start to sew in the display window the presser foot flashes what's wrong?

It thinks the presser foot is in the up position. Will need to be repaired by experienced service tech (preferably a certified Viking service tech). There is a clamp that may just be out of place or it could be more involved. Good luck.

My stitch regulator will not work. I have had it looked at 2x but still will not change from 2.5 higher or lower.

What Viking is it ? Have you cleaned between the feeders? If all is clean, try this test. Remove needle. Turn hand wheel so that feeders are up. Put fabric in machine. Lower presser foot. Make sure presser foot pressure is set at normal. Try pulling the fabric towards the front of the machine. It should be hard to pull. If it is easy to pull you need new feeders. They are worn down.

I just rewound my bobbin and it will not come off the holder, what do I do?

When the bobbin is wound with too much tension it crushes the inside and won't come off the spindle. You need to pull all the thread off the bobbin and replace it. Make sure you wind the bobbin at slow speed and the presser foot is up if you wind through the needle.

How do I change the bulb in my rose?

Your user manual should explain how in detail with pictures. It is sometimes hard to get the bulb out without breaking it. But try this - With machine unplugged/power off lay machine on it's back. Locate the light bulb. You probably have a little rubber device in your accessory case that has a suction cup on each end. One end will say In and the other will say Out. Use the suction cup to grab the bulb and pull straight out. Use the other end to install the new bulb in the machine. If you need a manual - Try this link for free manual for the Viking Rose machine - http://new.husqvarnaviking.com/SiteMedia/Products/Machines/Support/Rose_605_manual_EN.pdf There are 2 models called 'Rose'. The original Rose is the manual above. The newer Rose is called the Eden Rose. You can find most user manuals for Viking machines on their website. Motor runs unaided, have to turn off power to stop it

Is the foot pedal not returning to the off position? Try disconnecting the foot pedal. If the machine stops running, then your problem is in the foot pedal. If it keeps running, then your control board is bad.

Are you sure the floppies are corrupt? I suggest you locate a computer professional that sells used computers and tell them what you want done. I'll bet they can transfer the files to a new hard drive for your old computer or to another computer. Be aware that the older embroiderary software is not compatable with Windows Vista, 7, or 8 so don't plan on getting a new computer as part of this update.

I have a rose embroidery machine which I haven't used for a while and when I try to embroidery, it will only go as far as the 3rd design and only stitch the first color. What can I do

Hello The machine is indicating that it "wants" you to move the hoop into position P2 or P3 according to what is blinking. This is normal. Once that colour is completed stitching, the machine will communicate again for the nest Position. Happy Stitching Sewingirl/

Thread is bunching up from bobbin side think tension needs adjusting

I assume you have tried adjusting the top thread tension and are referring to bobbin tension adjustment. Before you do anything, with the bobbin properly threaded, manually pull out some bobbin thread. There should be resistance, just like the resistance you feel when you pull on the top thread with the foot down. Bobbin tension adjustment is by means of a small screw in the bobbin assembly. Mark the screw head position before you start adjusting it (so you can return to that position should you need to). Make small adjustments (1/8 turn of the screw) in each direction and see if it helps the problem. Be aware that thread tension is only one of many problems that can result in faulty stitches.
