I would like to know how the tensioner assembly parts fits together on an old Janome sewing machine please?

Unfortunately that is the serial number not the model number. The videos in the link might help, but all the parts schematics work on Model Numbers. https://www.google.com/search?q=janome+upper+tensioner+replacement+parts ..

I have a Janome 11000 - won't embroider. After programing in a design, I hit ok and the screen says Design Error never happened before.

Hi, Please turn off your machine and raise the presser-foot and needle bar. Then, you can turn on your machine again. If that does not work, please test another design for your machine to see if the error occurs again. If not, you might need to recheck the programming that you've used for the first design. Thank you.

Problem with an overlocker that does not overlock

You may need to rethread all the threads because most sergers need to be threaded in the right sequence. I looks like this one has to be threaded starting at the right and progressing left.

I am looking for an extension table for my janome 5050.

If Janome doesn't have them, you may be able to find one on web sites like eBay, Craigslist, Etsy...There are after-market vendors who sell extension tables cut to fit your machine. You just tell them the make and model of your machine and they make it for you.http://www.sewingmachinesplus.com/extension-tables.php

Janome MC 11000 Motherboard dead. Need repair site.

we are USA< we are not a repair site we are just repair support help site in general. just words typed in text box. what country are you, located, first after all you do not want to send it 12,000 miles away and spend 10x what is worth. right. it is not a computer at all ,it is a SEWING MACHINE. so send it to the maker>? ask them. here they are, just ask them for support. and do not be so sure "not much wrong" as that can be wrong. only truth matters, not guessing. It can be replaced but at a cost of £1200 (ouch) at the web site, USA the service center are here. https://www.janome.com/find-a-dealer/?badge=34149 no country told the world is still huge. sorry, I can not guess.

Should I oil my Janome MyStyle 16 between services?

Yes you should. One drop of light machine oil on moving parts and any joints that have a small hole in them. how often depends on how often you use the machine.

I have a Janome New Home Combi 10 sewing machine, it's running slow. How can I speed it up?

Question edited for make and model in the correct order. Question moved to Janome. It can only be three things. Belt is slack / worn out and slipping. Motor is faulty. Foot pedal needs cleaning and lubrication inside. https://www.google.com/search?q=Newhome+Janom+combi+10+running+slow ..

Why is my Janome 6650 bobbin case getting gouges in it?

The only thing I can think of is that the needle is scratching it as it comes down, maybe the length of the needle? I think it best to go back to the service centre.

I need to be able to retrieve a needle which fell inside my janome 644d overlocker

As I gather using a magnet is out of the question, here are a couple of links that may serve you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M5lk1kvH9CY https://www.janomesewingcentre.com.au/shop/instruction-manuals/service-manual-pdf-janome-differential-overlockers/ You probably have the following but I don't expect it to include any disassembly. https://www.manualslib.com/products/Janome-Mylock-644d-2938297.html
