More likely, you need to replace the needles, which are now slightly bent.

It is an expensive machine, all you will achieve if you take it apart yourself is causing damage and big repair bills. Take it in for service.

sounds like the machine needs to be check, to see if some parthas come loose or broken, a sewing technican can tell for sure

If you thread needle before loopers, there is a very real danger of trapping the needle thread under lower looper thread...it will then be unable to stitchALWAYS thread loopers BEFORE needles to avoid trapping.To see what happens, thread needles first... then wind one revolution by hand....then thread loopers... see where lower looper thread has now surrounded the needle thread so it cannot be pulled off looper !!For future questions just ask for "BargainBox" via this link
