How do I fix the following problem with my Janome MC9000 sewing machine?

Unfortunately you are probably not going to be able to fix this. It needs a sensor adjusted (probably), or a component replaced.

Why is bobbin thread showing through on pattern

you need to loosen the top tension. if you notice the tension is too loose on top and bottom at the same time then go ahead and tighten the bobbin tension a small amount. then you can adjust the tension of the top. if the top thread tension is too tight the thread from the bobbin will penetrate through. the opposite is true. if the top is too loose then too much of the top thread will penetrate the fabric underneath. remember to get the tensions between the top tension and bobbin tension equal so the knot will end in the middle of the fabric.

My janome 9000 screen is blank and wont turn on. It worked before I traveled by car with it any suggestions?

I'm so sorry but with the screens it needs a professional I know you want to repair it by yourself but you could actually cause more problems. You need a Janome dealer or a dealer that specializes in screens.

How to fix bobbin thread on computered memorycraft 9000 sewing machine ?

1)Check that your bobbin does not have a nick in it where the thread can catch and won't feed smoothly.2) make sure the upper and bobbin threads are the same.3) pull out the bobbin case and chect to see if there is a clump of lint.4) make sure the feed dogs are moving the fabric through smoothly, some fabrics can get caught on the dogs and make the bottom thread get loopy.5) check your needle,if it's bent or has a bad tip,it can mess up the stitch.

My wife has a Janome 5700 Memory Craft sewing machine along with a number of Janome memory cards containing embroidery designs. Is it possible to transfer the designs from these memory cards to her Wi

I don't have a 5700,mine is a 9000 but the cards that came with mine are a plastic aprox 1 inch square. This machine came out before there was any type of interface to connect to a back up system ie; USB or firewire. I would assume that if you can download new patterns from the internet, than you could back them up.If your machine does not have that capability then you will just have to find new memory cards for you machine online and order them.

My bobbin winder will not turn correctly

Ok this solution may be obvious but I'll say it in case you haven't tried everything; when you put the correct bobbin on the post,it has a slot which lines up with a metal spring on the winder post and makes an audible SNAP. Also you need to have the post with bobbin in place firmly snapped to the right for it to wind properly. Also check how you have the thread coming to the bobbin, follow the diagrams precisely. If it still doesn't work well, go buy a bobbin winder they're much easier anyway! Good Luck!

In regular sewing my stitches are fine but when I switch to embroidery the top thread is loose and sometimes doesn't pick up the bottom thread. What can I do to fix this?

You may need to have it checked and tuned up. It doesn't cost much. I just had mine done for the first time because when I tried to wind a bobbin the needle stayed in sewing status. I bought this machine years ago and it only cost.80.00 for a tune up also. Looking at the manual it says to go to auto and you can see the screen where the cloth guide position can be adjusted. Right under that is the auto tension with a + and -. You would need to increase the tension level. It says that this is also used for professional style embroidery in the same way. I hope both of these suggestions will help.
