Bobin casing
Look in the bobbin area to see where the screw fell out. Check your manual. Sometimes they have a good picture of the bobbin area.

Zig Zag Skip Stitch
your machine might have a problem with the rotary hook, it might need to get timed by a professional.
No manual
Unfortunatly I could not find a free copy of the manual, however there are several other posts on fixya regarding your manual. I did find this though

But they are "selling the manual".
Good Luck and I hope this helps
Manual
There should be another post 2 inches directly behind the bobbin threader post.
I tried to move the front post to the back, but they do not seem to remove, so I'm surprised yours doesn't have the back one. Does it look like there is an empty hole for a post?
Have you tried threading it with the spool on the front (only one in your case :) ) post?
I have the same model # 3537
Sewing machine problem
Not knowing what type of machine you have I just have to say there are three letters to remember... T-N-T. Thread, Needle, Tension.
Since this is obviously not a tension problem you have to make sure the machine is threaded correctly. Incorrect threading will cause this as will the bobbin in upside down and turning the wrong way. Then there is the needle. Be sure it is inserted properly. My opinion is the needle is in wrong or the bobbin is turning the wrong way. Good Luck.

Necchi Q132A needle postioning dial doesn't work
If the needle positioning dial is not working on a new out-of-the-box Necchi Q132A sewing machine, it could be a manufacturing defect or a loose connection. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the manual: Make sure you are following the correct steps to use the needle positioning dial. Refer to the manual and double-check if you are using the dial correctly.
- Check the connections: Open up the machine and check if all the cables are securely connected. If any of the wires are loose, reattach them carefully.
- Contact the manufacturer: If the above steps do not solve the issue, contact the manufacturer or the seller from whom you purchased the machine. Since the machine is new, it should be under warranty, and they should be able to provide you with the necessary support or even a replacement if needed.
- Take it to a repair shop: If the machine is out of warranty, or you prefer not to deal with the manufacturer, take the machine to a reputable sewing machine repair shop. They will have the expertise to diagnose and fix the issue.
Remember not to attempt any repairs yourself as it could void the warranty or cause further damage to the machine.
