CHANGE UR STICH SIZE AND TIGHT UR TENSION DISK

I watched a 'You Tube' demo that showed ........if you loosen or tighten the very small screw at the base of the bobbin this gives you the correct tension & stops the looping under the fabric........I didn't even know this screw existed ! It is trial & era at first re the correct tension but you do get there.... the art is to do it in small mini stages.....like you hardly move it ! Thanks to 'You Tube' I can now get on and finish my drapes !

On the other hand, if the hook tip is passing above the needle eye, but extends past the needle more than a couple of millimeters when the needle eye meets the radius of the hook, then the timing is also off.

Sounds like the motor is trying to run but the other machine parts are not moving. If your machine is an older mechanical (not computerized), then it's very possible the machine has seized due to lack of regular cleaning and oiling. Avoid trying to run the machine in this condition as it can damage the motor. Wheel on right side that controls the needle up and down is very tight...
