contact singer customer service about oiling, some machine are self oiling, since the feed dog is up and not feeding the fabicthen the machine needs to be checked to see what wrong with the feed dogs.

If I remember correctly you have to raise the feed dog then turn the fly wheel 1 revolution to lock them in place

Does it need oiling maybe?

Your needle is probably to long or you need to open it more

Probably a digitized problem. Try converting the file with another software. I'm sure there is a free one online to download. I think the name is true-sizer or something.
